President & CEO
Jason has more than 23 years of experience in Project Management, Quality Control, Roofing, Inspections and complete Project Execution. In 2012, Jason founded Globus and has since grown it into one of the largest and most successful construction companies in North Texas. He maintains a proven record of managing numerous projects, ensuring each are delivered on time and under budget while exceeding all performance expectations. Jason is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
Jim brings a strong background in accounting, finance, treasury, business process improvement, administration, systems and corporate tax. Prior to becoming CFO of Globus, he spent seven years at Advanced Integration Technology, a global aerospace manufacturer. Prior to that, he served in various executive roles including CFO, VP of Finance, Manager of Compliance, Secretary and Director of Accounting for several public companies involved in oil and gas, manufacturing, public accounting and supply chain distribution. Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York, and he is a licensed CPA. Jim has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a CFO of The Year for companies up to $500M.
James has more than 25 years of experience in managing and growing middle market companies. Prior to joining Globus as COO in 2019, James held leadership roles for several companies, including the President of Action Fire Pros. James is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
Senior Vice President, Operations
David Hoskins is a third generation Master Plumber in several states across the US and has more than 25 years of Construction, Project Management and Plumbing experience. David's experience includes residential, commercial and multi-family as well as retail and gasoline with 7-Eleven. David is a retired disabled veteran and served as a Sergeant in the US Army; he was awarded numerous medals during his military career. David obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior from National University in California and a minor in engineering from Texas State Technical College.
Gina has been in the accounting sector for 20 years. At Globus, she provides accounting and financial support to the CFO. Prior to joining Globus, Gina worked as Assistant Controller for Universal Display & Fixtures Company where she gained a reputation for establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures as well as skillful reporting and financial statement preparation. She attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas-Dallas where she earned her B.S. in Finance. Gina's proven knowledge of how to create value and integrate financial and operational metrics while fostering communications at all levels helps maintain Globus’ status as one of the most successful construction companies in North Texas.
Vice President, Roofing Division
Ken has more than 15 years experience in roofing design, sales, and installation. A recognized expert in his field, Ken has consulted and installed roofs on hundreds of properties ranging from large multi-family properties to large institutional facilities across Texas and the Midwest region. He is a native Missourian and class of 1991 Harding University alumnus where he earned his bachelor’s degree.
David has nearly 20 years of expertise in the residential construction field. His experience began in ground-up single-family home construction and progressed into home preservation and repairs. A founder of Globus, David's extensive background in cost estimating, scope development, and construction management has helped make Globus a renovation construction leader.
Director, Business Development
Marilyn brings more than 35 years of experience in REO to Globus. She began her career as a real estate agent and progressed to VP of REO. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing for Truly Noble Services. Marilyn understands the needs of the RE agents, corporate clients, outsource vendors, property sales and construction. Her motto has always been to “pay forward” to her peers in the industry, and many of today’s industry leaders have been mentored by or worked for Ms. Sanders. She received her real estate licenses from Henderson County Jr. College, and is a certified speaker. Officially, Ms. Sanders attained her Property Management Certificate; unofficially, she serves as a Subject Matter Expert in the REO industry.
Director, Business Development
Joe has more than 30 years of due diligence, contract negotiation, maintenance, and risk management operations in the multi-family housing industry. He promotes mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing clients with a focus on existing residential, HOA, multi-family, and commercial properties. Joe is known for his emphasis on reducing costs while ensuring his teams provide exceptional service.
